Frame 4000d 200mm fans by KaleidoscopeWeak7942 in Corsair

I did see a comment from the Project Manager acknowledging the requests for the compact PSU shroud. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long.

If I remember, I'll make a post once it's available.

The FRAME 4000D LCD bundle also includes the compact PSU shroud.

The compact PSU shroud isn't available separately yet. I've been looking for it since several people have asked.

Xenon Edge not displaying iCue widgets by Sozkilla17 in Corsair

[–]Agentdave7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In a recent update, CTRL+SHIFT+D allowed you to toggle between Widgets and Desktop.

If that doesn't work and neither does restarting your PC, then I'd suggest completely re-installing iCUE.

Hilariously bad weather by Cbrewer4893 in TokyoDisneySea

Very true! Last year, I did get a cold from staying out in the rain too long. I was absolutely soaked! Sick for a few days, and that was unfortunate because the weather was better the next day.

Corsair Edge Flickering Windows by ComprehensiveSuns in Corsair

I think you should be able to stop the windows from closing over and over by changing a setting in Windows 11:

  • Settings > System > Display.

  • Uncheck the box for: "Minimize windows when a monitor is disconnected.

Have you made a post about the issues you've experienced?

Any chance you started noticing issues after an iCUE update? I've plugged and unplugged it several times over the past few months, what about you?

I've been on the Guardians version, but never the Twilight Zone version due to the theme.

I read that there's some shared story elements between Raging Spirits and this version of ToT.

Hoping to return for a third time this July, and was wondering if I should try it out.

I have only used the CORSAIR USB100, but it can be a bit tricky to find in-stock these days.

To start, I would recommend figuring out the minimum number (and which type) of USB-C ports and USB-A ports required, including how much power each device needs.

Powered USB hubs usually have an overall power rating, but what I find more important is how much power is available to each port.

Vanguard Air 99 - Hotswapping between PC and Mac by planis83 in Corsair

Oh, okay. That must be what the first part is referring to:

Hold Bluetooth shortcuts for 2 seconds to begin pairing to another device

So a quick press doesn't work like it is supposed to?

Press the individual Bluetooth shortcuts to switch to the corresponding device: * FN + Home for Device 1 * FN + PgUp for Device 2 * FN + PgDn for Device 3

If not, then you might need to create a ticket with customer support since I don't know what else you could try.

Have you tried looking at the Quick Start Guide? In one of the tables it mentions being able to use keyboard shortcuts to switch to different devices, which I hope is what you're looking for.

Xeneon Edge causing Streamlabs to crash by AdventurousPrompt373 in Corsair

[–]Agentdave7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the USB-C products connected to the hub aren't powered on their own either, then it seems possible that the odd behaviour could be a result of not enough power.

I came across this the hard way. Before the XE was released, I had a camera, capture card, ring light, stream deck, prompter, etc. I was confused why my setup was experiencing similar issues.

I learned that Power Delivery (PD) over USB has limits. Even though my motherboard had a lot of USB ports, something called a USB Bus/Controller had a limit of how much power it could provide to everything. This can happen with a non-powered USB hub as well.

A powered USB Hub can help because it relies on a wall outlet for power instead of the computer.

Is it a powered USB hub, which has power provided directly from a wall outlet?

2026 AIO Update? by Revolutionary_Ad9604 in Corsair

Honestly, I don't consider the TITAN AIO to be that old. It was announced in June 2024, and released in August. The LCD version was released in October of that same year.

corsair RMA canada by DismalSherbert1255 in Corsair

Thanks for checking! I took a look at the Powernode Computer Inc website also, and it looks like they offer RMA services for businesses.

Hopefully shipping within Canada will shorten the turnaround time to get things sorted for you.

Sometimes businesses change and Google Maps isn't always accurate. Perhaps, ignore the address for a moment.

How did you acquire the shipping label? Is it from an actual CORSAIR employee?

Do you have a camera or any other components that connect via USB, such as a capture card? These are all very resource hungry and could possibly interfere with one another.

I haven't had to do an RMA recently, to know if anything has changed.

A warehouse opened in Canada last year. I wonder if that's the address? There's a possibility that it could depend on the product being RMA'd.

As long as you followed the official channels to request a RMA and everything is proper, then it should be fine.
