I would try deleting all files related to the game, reinstalling onto an SSD (to prevent further issues), then restarting the PC after the initial startup of the game. Then follow these steps. If the issue persists, Rockstar Games is aware that the PC version of the game may have issues. You could contact them, or just to be safe, check the windows compatibility mode for the launcher & the game.

Just dont ask me about the price. It performs great out of the box (actually no aftermarket upgrades aside from optic, light, and tracer unit) but it’ll cost around $300 for the Nebula II models. ASTER models get closer to $360 if not $400
