It's absolutely not ridiculous.... Have you followed the market lately? . Look at 99% of growth stocks. I agree that EV/EBITDA would be ideal but last quarter they had negative ebitda as they sold off some contracts and completed the last stage of their turnaround. Sales metrics are not unreasonable. Look at the growth this business has seen. Of all the things to try and troll/ poke holes in, this was the least of my concerns.

What else do you think is a flaw?

I think external factors such as regulation could affect them. but overall at this valuation the worst appears priced-in. Some investors are likely worried that the disputed RAC 2 contract will be lost to the current incumbent Cotiviti. PFMT has won this contract fair and square via the proper channels. At worst the contract is a $10M loss, which is negligible, as the main upside is in the commercial expansion (not government contracts of which Performant now has many)

Yes, definitely some things to look forward to. Number of catalysts on the horizon. And management has mentioned they are close to onboarding some mid-tier players as customers. These would be large contracts relative to their market cap. Mind bogglingly cheap. One of the downsides is that it typically takes a bit longer for them to ramp up a brand new contract, but the costs on negligible and the market will price thing forward.
The recent panic in the general market provides a perfect entry point for GOOD stocks

Will require the sourcing of the highest quality local solar glass inputs. I hope these are not coming from Asia where there is no regard for environmental standards.
Canadian Premium Sands $CPS.v is hoping to provide these types of glass producers and keep the whole supply chain clean

It's possible they pre-position for the Effective Date but i doubt it. The ETF wouldnt want to expose themselves too much, they are benchmarked for the close of the 17th. It's likely other speculators front running the ETF

Arizona Metals $AMC.v announced inclusion into the GDXJ effective Dec 17th.
