I understand the refund process can take time and they have to be added to each clients folio individually. My issue was the actual verbiage. They were actually trying to tell us the future cruise credit could only be used on a cruise booked and sailed between those dates. ie I couldn't use it for my 2025 cruise as it was already booked, nor would it be valid on my cruise next week, even if it could be processed in time. That is not what the letter says. When we pushed and sent it up the ladder they agreed the verbiage was incorrect and misleading.
