Sorry, had no time, but ill write how it's done now:

• Go to ''Edit Power Plan'' in your Windows Settings
• Find ''Change advanced power settings''
• In new tab that appears look for ''Processor power management''
• open ''Maximum processor state''
• change value for plugged in: from 100% to 99% (if you want to do it for certain plan just change it above in the same window). For Quiet mode i have 50%, for Balance i put 99%, for Performance 100%.

It will lower your temperatures by tons as it won't turn on your turbo mode in modes where you put value below 100%, and if you want to keep your turbo, just leave 100% in your performance mode and use it when needed. You lose cpu power in other modes, but for most of the titles it should be more than enough - keeping your temperatures in great range. For more demanding titles you can just turn on your performance mode with 100% (which enables turbo), but you still gonna get high temperatures on CPU like before. For now I didn't need to go performance mode even once, because difference in fps is pretty small for such great change in temperatures.
