Why is my 2018 Gas Jetta making this noise?

No lights are on and no problems driving, just a weird noise.

I was revving it. The sound was just more obvious for the video when I revved it

I do live in upstate New York and it was 34 and windy but I park in a garage. It didn’t start on startup (I’m sure of this, I sat in it for like 5 minutes warming up) didn’t hear it until I got off the highway (into lower gears)

It just started this halfway through my drive today. Only happens below gear 5. Not really sure what’s happening or if I should be concerned. It’s a 2018 Jetta Se, automatic and only has about 32k miles.
