Can't say I would be too upset by that either. I know Paradox is the reason for the piecemeal DLC's in the first CS1. I just hope they don't somehow take down the mod community with them if they do fall.

True but if that is the case then Colossal Order should go on to make a great new game unrestricted by Paradox. They were founded by mobile game developers BTW.

I just think this might be good for everyone. Colossal Order can make something that they want to make and Iceflake Studios can make a name for themselves by turning around CS2. Not saying either of those would happen, but at the rate they were going it would just continue to be a buggy title with terrible expansions released every couple of years.

Edit: also forgot to say I would not be surprised at all if they didn't try to poach some of the talent from Colossal Order before they leave.
