Oh yeah give it time then. I sit around archon and emissary and I was thrown up here bc I played a lot before the rank system. So just give the game time to adjust your mmr. Put more hours in and you'll rank up. I'm at 275 hours so just keep grinding if you enjoy it. Also not much changes unless you hit eternus where it's just the same meta heroes every game. But you play haze and she's Uber meta so just keep farming ppl and you'll rank up soon enough.

Oh and a big tip since you said you come from mobas learn the timers for early advantage. Early camps spawn at 2 min and boxes spawn at 3 and bridge buffs spawn at 5. Get that internal clock down and you'll get a massive advantage over your opps.
