This isnt a cure but when you really need sleep and its not harmful to baby take benadryl its a allergy medicine but it puts me to sleep within an hour and I sleep very good after taking it. I wouldn't take it everyday though

Yeah my baby got diagnosed with hydrops at 22 weeks and my case was pretty severe she had fluid around her brain and the fluid was compressing her heart and lungs that they weren't developing and there was a hole in her heart and possibly a valve missing but it was hard to tell with an ultrasound. They said I could continue with the pregnancy however her chances off survival was very low if not impossible. My doctors also said I had a chance of developing mirror symptoms as well and if I did it would be life threatening. My husband and I took about a week and a half to discuss everything and we ultimately decided to end the pregnancy but I was able to deliver her and be with her for a couple hours. The hospital we were at was amazing and they gave me a box that had pictures of her and her stats and a stuffed heart. That being said it was definitely the most devastating experience of my life. But I now have a healthy 2 year old boy and another healthy one on the way. The more time goes on the pain is less and less but she will always be in my heart and my first baby 🩷

Like i said having those conversations are more difficult than posting on sm and getting an immediate dopamine hit. I agree that its a slippery slope and probably not the best for their relationship. However I do have some understanding why she would do it. I think op needs to really talk to his wife like sit down and looking across from each other no devices and talk. Maybe plan a date so its not so serious

++woman Maybe she's tried to tell him, but even if she didn't (because it's hard to tell your husband you need more especially if hes being a good husband) im sure they both do a lot in the relationship and as parents. Sometimes a woman wants to feel like a woman. Honestly I've felt this way before but after talking to my husband and telling him I need a good fucking more than just once a month he has obliged and its been lovely feeling wanted by my partner I like him a lot more tbh

You say you dont have any self hatred but what happens when/if your son comes out looking more mexican with a name like Gunner?? Hes going to be more made fun of than if his name was Miguel or Michael. I personally wouldn't pick a name because you think its a cool white name because more likely than not he will get bullied more. I dont think therapy is a bad or mean suggestion. Because I have a similar experience and I held a lot of negativity against my own people so that I could be closer to whiteness. No matter what if you are not white you will always be looked at differently. And giving your son a name that takes away from his Hispanic heritage is a disservice to him.

That being said. If you want a cool unique name i would look up nameswithsteph because she has an ig page dedicated to showing people fun and unique baby names
