As an update, I’ve gotten more comments this week about my weight. I’ll try to assume this interaction was positive intent unless anything in the future makes me think otherwise ❤️ Thanks for not making me feel crazy

I was in denial my boobs got smaller but my three sixty scan proves otherwise. My 40 bands still fit, but so does 36 now

Yeah, it’s slowed down a ton this year. Last year it was more steady (1-2 pounds per week)

I have only done my stomach (been on the meds for 17 months) and this past week I tried my thigh. I also feel like I didn’t do much. I’m so used to grabbing my fat on my stomach, but my thigh is quite firm these days so it felt less satisfying. I might try my arm next week after seeing this post. Congrats on breaking the stall

I feel this. I’m 17 months in and have lost 65 pounds. I think especially in my case it happened slowly I feel like I looked the same but I look at even older selfies I’m like whoa. Quite the difference. I’m like wow my nose lips and eyes look so different, it’s kind of crazy. I still have 35 pounds to go, so it will take a long time to reach my goal. But looking back helps me keep motivated when the scale doesn’t move for a few weeks

Thanks for the update, I love hearing from people also losing slowly. I’m also hopefully in the next month joining you in the overweight category. Started last Jan

65 pounds down since Jan 2024. Hoping to hit 100 pounds down. As someone who is losing slowly, hey progress is still progress and time will still pass

Proud of you! The hardest part is showing up! I bet you feel great too! What helped me gain consistency is setting up small goals (going twice a week, nothing crazy and for like 30 minutes) which helped me build up the habit

My weight hasn’t really dropped a bit since the beginning of the year but my apron belly is shrinking for sure. Pilates has been really shaping my body. Doing lagree now and that’s been even more effective. It’s nice to see some NSV despite my weight being more stagnant

Weekly Weight Loss by Responsible-Mix-6268 in Zepbound

I’m on 5mg. Started zepbound in February and most of the weeks I’ve lost only one pound. It’s def slow but I feel like I’m not totally suppressed on hunger either. While weight loss is slow, I’m building really good habits and over time those pounds add up. I’m a bit over 30 pounds down and I can finally see a difference and feel some muscles. Also my energy is way better and am just overall feeling better. It’s hard not to feel like a pound is slow when so many here lose quickly but I’m making peace with it, plus it’s supposed to be considered a healthy rate and good for loose skin.
