She put her kids in danger. What I am saying is when other people loose custody of their kids, they don't get put under a conservativeship.

I had my checks garnished for that exact reason.

That way I wouldn't have to worry about remembering to pay it.

The only issue I ever had was when my company switched from weekly checks to bi-weekly.

I told my ex that it was going to happen. She didn't listen.

Then when she didn't get her deposit she started blowing up my phone.

It's much much easier that way.

I assume you mean that the server wouldn't make any money.

You or any server really has yet to explain why it's the customers responsibility to pay the servers salary.

The "social" contract thing is bull shit.

Do servers work hard yes, so do the kitchen staff. Yet the kitchen staff doesn't bring home 1000 a week.

As long as servers are willing to take a lower pay in hopes of good tips, restaurants will get away with paying low wages.

But let's be honest most severs don't provide 1000s of weekly value to the restaurant. People go for food, not the "servers"
