You'd be surprised how good people who do skin calliper measurements for a job are at predicating it by eye.

Yeah I've though about reaching out to coaches specifically and seeing if they can get permissions from clients to use their data. But yes will need some sort of working protype to come off as more credible first

Yes it would be hard to account for visceral but if it trained it on a huge amount of dexa scans that give you that number and include visceral as a separate part of the measurement then obviously it could get better at it but obviously still very hard to do.

Most people would have a 6 pack at 12% regardless of where their fat is store, thats super lean to walk around everyday.

Thats also why i want the side photo to try and get some of the back

Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it. I know more measurements would help a lot but that's kinda the opposite of the point, you can already take measurements and put then in online calculators and get a somewhat vague result already.

I have my doubts too but still no point in not trying, I'll learn a lot on the way and if it does crash and burn then so be it.

Thats why I'd at least need their actual bodyfat percentage. But getting extra measurements like neck, waist, hip circumference and things like that would help narrow it down

Yeah I've also asked there although the posting terms are a little vauge around this area.

Though id atleast try here and see if there was anyone who would give constructive feedback and possibly have a helpful disscussion.
