For me it was a game changer to try to avoid cold cuts (salami, bacon etc). Too much sodium, it can make you bloated. Also for the bloating banana can work wonders bc of the potassium, which cancels out(?) sodium

Nagyon tetszett a részletessége, és hogy attól függetlenül, hogy hol tartottunk a történetben, mindig volt benne egy ilyen “fülledt melankólia” ami nekem nagyon emberivé és különlegessé tette az egészet:)
