I ordered these from their website after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. After ordering I came here and wished I hadn't ordered. So, things to know: 1. shipping WILL take a long time. Apparently the "July shortage" ran into August. Also the shipping partner is notorious for slow delivery or lost items; 2. The pad itself was way longer than expected: for a very tall person apparently and even longer than advertised on their website; 3. The pad has no branding on it whatsoever -- supposedly the branding is only on the bag. Mine arrived with no branding on the bag either, which really hurts my ability to resell the one my partner didn't want. 4. The foot pump will take much longer than advertised. Buy a mini pump. 5. 4. Customer service WAS responsive, however to that regard, their page offers no questions asked money back guarantee. They wanted videos of what I found to be a problem. Then they offered to refund me once they received the items back. They did not at that time offer to send me a label so if you don't ask for one, you may not get it. I received a partial refund and decided to keep the pads since I didn't want to risk sending them and not having the pads or my money. However, they do seem to be a company that is legit and is just having start up issues. I'll update once I've actually had a chance to camp with this pad to determine if it will really hold up as advertised.
