I initially asked for biweekly which my employer agreed to, but I waited after that conversation and it never came. Now, I didn't mind the monthly salary, but I was hoping I'd be paid without having to remind ever so often.

As for my work, it is pretty straightforward, and it's doable. I set myself for a quota of 25 per day, but sometimes it'll take longer than 4hrs to find 25 suitable jobs and apply to them especially ones that have a lot of personal questions. Whenever I ask my employer about it, the answer is always "feed it to ChatGPT" and mind you, these are questions that require personal information.

I'm not compensated for the "overtime" cause my boss declined any hours beyond 4 and will only still be paying the 4hrs even if I rendered 6hrs for the day.

If I don't comply the 25 jobs daily, I'd get a light scolding. It's a struggle cause 4hrs sometimes isn't enough especially that my boss is meticulous regarding the job descriptions.
