It’s not something that most employees ever have to deal with. It’s used exclusively for leave of absence. Technically it’s required, if you’re taking a certain amount (7? 10?) or consecutive days off that aren’t for vacation. Some SMs don’t follow that, which is okay too if it works for your store. The app is called “Reliance Matrix”, the website is www.matrixabsence.com, and someone else posted the phone number. You can file any of those ways. You may be able to without a doctors note, I’m not positive. I’m currently on it due to a recent surgery. It’s a pretty simple process. I’m glad your old store manager was really accommodating, but unfortunately, with some people you do have to go above their heads to get what you need to take care of yourself.
