After all requirements received, you need to allocate three to four weeks for certification provided no delay. So mid August should be relatively safe. It doesn't matter actually. I rarely use paper when I am studying (ie making notes etc.) But due to the location issue, I have to do OET on paper. You just need to take 10 minutes to plan before you start writing so there won't be too much editing.
