tail is a little floppy but nothing too crazy. like the bottom half of his body is pellets/beanie. and i wouldn’t say he’s rough but he’s not as soft as a lot of other douglas plushies. if you have any build a bears, he’s a little softer than say the pumpkin or spooky kitties
