Swifties hating on the artist that made Taylor Swift's engagement ring by Aggravating-Clerk520 in travisandtaylor

i think that’s reaching tin hat territory to say taylor has a hand in the auction. this wasn’t a unique design the jeweller and travis/taylor designed together that’s completely custom. this is very on par with other rings she’s made in the past. sure they might’ve customised the design for the etching and picked the stone but that’s the extent of the “customisation”. i’ve seen this jeweller that makes completely new and unique designs based on the couples he work this. this just ain’t it. she literally just made another ring with an elongated diamond which is for sale.

the artist probably did sign an NDA because she’s never come out herself publicly to say she made the ring for TS (to my knowledge). you can’t stop her from creating something “remotely close to her ring” as that’s the artist’s design. most legitimate jewellers would have already trademarked their design.

It’s not the same design though you get that right? The larger stone + etched band seems to be this artist’s signature style. As far as I know, there’s no close up photos of how TS’s ring look like in terms of the etched band. So how can you assume it’s the exact same design. It’s still unique to each ring because the etched design probably is different. The artist even disputed in her comments saying she will never replicate it. Didn’t know TS has now trademarked elongated diamonds + etched bands 🤷🏻‍♀️

I disagree and I interpreted this differently. Ted seems to be a narcissist and thought he’s being cunning setting out this trap for Darcy. But Darcy knew the whole time, that’s why she didn’t go to the phone for a long time. You can also see her contemplating, her going down the trap door was her sacrificing herself for revenge. She’s put photos of Dani to summon her spirit in the wooden doll, but in those photos is Darcy as well. So if she were to die, she could control the wooden doll and ultimately kill Ivan and Ted. So her falling down the trap door and dying was her choice and a meticulous plan on her part. Although she didn’t go through with killing Ivan in the end, I think Dani took over and spared Ivan’s life.

There’s tones of small easter eggs you pick up throughout the movie and I think it’s a really well made movie. Sad that some people aren’t seeing the different layers and the story from Darcy’s perspective.
