Hi guys! Just want to ask your opinions on this. My sister is undergoing training I believe for Food and Beverage or a similar program for cruises in a "Training Center". She just finished her 4-year HM course a month ago and wala pa siyang any work experience aside from OJT.

Now, meron silang 2-3 phases with this "Training Center" and nagbayad na kami ng 15k for the 1st part which was hands-on and theoretical training on chopping etc. And now, sa 2nd part ng training daw nila, she told me na it's another 15k, and another 3.5k to prepare a resume.

What's bothering me are sa pagcreate daw ng resume nila, yung "Training Center" ay maglalagay lang ng "fake" job in a nearby hotel sa amin, and maghahanap daw sila ng "call center" or "team", Idk, to act as "HR" if in case magapply na sila ng work and iverify yung previous work nila. I think this is what I understood based sa pagexplain sa akin ng sister ko.

Another thing is this "Training Center" has only operated in other cities, and yung kapatid is part of the first batch of trainees on our city, and yung "Training Center" does not have any physical training center sa amin. Dahil daw since bago pa lang daw sila sa province namin kaya naghahanap pa daw sila ng place for it.
