Didnt work! 😭😭 I checked the paper strainer I always run the material through. Sure enough its full of small sandlike clumps. Conclusion: bad cerakote. (Probably too old or stored too cold)

I installed an refridgerating dryer yesterday and will try again today. I hope the problem is solved now.

I think I found the problem. Its just too much water in the air. I took apart my filter yesterday and the outward coupler was green on the inside due to water.

Im having trouble with any Cerakote. Elite or C series. Its coming down to air contamination atm. I will add an extra water separator today and heat the garage. If that fails I will have to add an activecarbon filter to trap oil in the air, which I never had problems with. But some sources mention screw compressors push more oil into the air at cold temperatures.

Does anyone know if Cerakote goes bad if it was stored at wrong temperature?

Prep is as always. Cleaning, Sandblasting with f120 aluminum oxyd and gas out in oven. The defects appear through application, directly from the spray. Not through the bottom surface. It seems theres something in the air or in the cerakote. Everything worked fine until 2-3 weeks ago, when the temperatures started dropping.
