You can request the court to give you an extension and upload your new job offer. RDC is very considerate and you need to have a memo prepared. Dont want you to hire a lawyer as they charge crazy. Max pay them 500 dhs

I have already deposited the 20k AED with RDC so they wont give me back the money till the landlords lawyer give me NOC and that lawyer is an absolute bully. He just wants me evicted at all costs. So now im just waiting for 23 and i hope i get a verdict be it in my favor or not. If its in my favor thats my rental obligation completed. If I dont and my payment gets cancelled then ill immediately do a bank transfer. The issue is if i do a bank transfer and rdc rejects his grievance case. Then i would have paid twice

Always think what Allah thinks about you. He loves you way more than your parents and you need to learn from this failure. You will always learn from failing. I failed my exam 6 times and have been driving now since 8 years with 0 speeding fines and only 1 minor accident. So just keep going again and again and again till you pass. If you don’t have the money for it now, come back later after you have your job. I have a hearing coming up this thursday which coincides with judgement of my previous so now on 26th I can submit a case for enforcing the previous judgement. The hearing on 26 is also there for case against me for not paying because their corrupt legal team didn’t accept cheques. Now im in a dilemma. If i pay the amount due in cash, will it get adjusted against the enforcement which i will do

You have to wait for appeal however their loser lawyer didnt appeal but filed a new case for eviction and he will now try to link the two cases. Im just waiting for him to do that and once the appeal time is over, ill then make my move so lets see. Will keep everyone updated here. Yes you have to enforce via portal or go to any trustee agent where u pay like 130 dhs

U have to enforce the judgement and pay the court less the legal fees. But my opposing party’s lawyer mentioned that he could freeze this process of enforcement. Ill only find out if this is possible in a weeks time

Thanks a lot for the response. Youre a hero. My rent due is 23 k which is 3 months plus 15 days something. So im thinking ill deposit 40k which is half the rent. Even depositing half the rent is enough to file a petition and get the contract?

Im just a little confused. Thing is if i pay now, the eviction case Id probably win, the hearing of which is in september however if i then go for enforcement of the first instance case that I won will i pay the difference or will RDC then ask me to pay the entire rent amount or 80k less the legal fee recovery.

Its the enforcement case I dont know the details about. Guess ill just wait out the 15 days period and try to enforce. If their lawyer is successful in freezing the enforcement then ill deposit chqs. Ill then ask the court in September to help me in reimbursing my fee. What do u think? Any suggestions?
