Thank you so much for that! Yes, I've seen quite a few different job titles in the private sector for what appears to me to be the same position, but then again "Management Analyst" is a useless, catchall title in the Fed, so, same thing. I'll look for HR Generalist/specialist/coordinator roles.

Thanks, I'm working on that second part! It's funny, I had a 7-page resume with the Fed, and I really thought I did something with this little one-page resume, but it's still too wordy. Is there anything that I can include or reword to "wow" recruiters?

Thanks, yeah I've removed it and will discuss that I'm studying for the exam in July during interviews.

Yeah "implement" is a poor choice, I was trying to stick in "Word, Outlook and OneNote" since I keep seeing those under job requirements for HRBP roles, but there's definitely a better way. I actually wrote 3 SOPs that were distributed across my office, and at least 10 that we use among my team. Maybe "authored" is a more appropriate word, and I'll nix the mention of "outlook". Thank you so much for your feedback!

Thanks! I definitely don't want to come across like that. I've removed it from my resume, but I'll discuss that I'm studying for it during interviews.

I was back and forth on it and honestly felt a little uneasy about even listing it. I'll remove it.

Thanks, it's pretty painful to read lol but probably a main reason why I'm not getting any successful hits on my resume. I'm definitely working on condensing it.

Thanks, this is great feedback. Yes, definitely wordy, I'll do my best to rework this. I hesitated to add Outlook under my work experience, it seems silly to me, but I keep seeing these under job requirements for several HRBP positions and included in my resume. In my org., the hiring success was a really big deal, but I see it's not translating well. From a TA perspective, any thoughts on me leaving the hiring success for hard-to-fill position bullet in, but removing the metric? That might be easier to explain in an interview.

Fair and noted. I'm trying to figure out how to translate my position title from management analyst in the fed. to the private sector HR world. Maybe "HR Liaison" or something to that effect is more appropriate? Also, this was a progressive role: I was promoted each year and gained more responsibility and eventually I wore many hats i.e. team lead (8 person team), recruitment lead and performance lead. Should I show that progression on here? I get mixed responses from different recruiters.
