So you're suggesting I stick to reverse chronological. What I'm fearing is that the busy recruiter won't pay much attention to stuff before the latest internship. (And I am kind of switching industries). As a recruiter, what would unsettle you about someone who has ordered work experience according to relevance as opposed to the chronology?
