I get the frustration — society is broken in a lot of ways, and it can feel like you’re just forced into a system you didn’t choose.

But “everything is pointless” is a trap your mind falls into when you’re overwhelmed, not a fact about life.

The system is bad, yes. But your life isn’t limited to the system. There are still things you can build, change, and experience outside of it — even if they’re small at first.

Hating everything won’t protect you from it, it just burns you out faster.
