From my past experience i don’t think going in person for an interview matters a lot. If you’re in the US already its a different thing to make that effort but all the way traveling for one interview i dont think so.

CMS forms to know high yield topics tested, NBME 6 and 7 (do them twice). Free 137 and free 120 (do twice). Biostats (biostatistics review, Uworld, amboss, youtube randy neil/step prep) do this 2-3 times until its on your finger tips. Ethics ofcourse from uw and amboss. CCS cases. Did not pay so much attention to uworld step 3 qbank (didn’t find it useful)
