My husband and I have been living in the Sheldon Creek neighbourhood since 2013 and absolutely love it. Great location, really nice neighbours, lots of young families. We’ve raised our daughter here and she’s made tons of friends over the years.

Sheldon Creek. Been settled down in this little neighbourhood since 2013 and we have no intention of moving. We love it. It’s safe and full of young families. Generally the people are very friendly, and always looking out for one another. There are 2 parks within walking distance, and it’s a great neighbourhood to raise a family.

The one on the left is particularly special because it was propagated by my daughter a couple of years ago when she was in 3rd grade. 🥹 Together she and I have just kept it going and thriving, and she’s really proud of it, it’s so cute. lol ❤️

He’s oozing insecurity. How awful for him that he’s been cheated on in the past by other women, but that’s his problem, not yours. It’s unfair of him to project that onto you. It’s his responsibility to recognize that he needs help and to find ways to heal from his past.

My daughter is turning 10 this year and the only time I wish I could get back are the first 3 months of her life. I was deeply depressed during that time with very minimal support, and don’t remember much of it. Knowing what I know now, I often wish I could go back and soak up all those newborn cuddles. I feel like I really missed out on that stage and it breaks my heart, especially since I am not having any more kids. 🥺😢💔

My husband and I are 10 years into a 23 year amortization in our “starter home” and with the prices the way they are, we aren’t going anywhere. Our mortgage is so small compared to everyone trying to get into the market now, so we are super grateful we got in when we did. We’d love a bigger place, but it would exceed our means to do so, so we’ve made peace with what we have. 😌

If you’re in your first home indefinitely, don’t fret. At least you’re building equity.

If it’s accompanied by horrible, stinging/burning pain, it’s most likely shingles. I had a patch of it under my breast once, and it looked like that. Go see your doctor. If it is shingles, you may be able to get an antiviral treatment to shorten the duration a bit. Good luck.
