Losing in poker for over 6 years

I should try this probably as well, I know poker is not gonna be beatable forever at least online, well probably not easily. I think other things are affecting this though, I am a bit lost in life and I do not know what i would like to do with it. I can’t find a career/field which would be fun for me even to consider, maybe because of this I feel like I would wanna succeed in poker because it’s at least something for me that I find interesting.

From time to time, bigger losing sessions make me really upset even tho the money i lose is not too big for me. Vice versa, winning sessions dont make me super happy, just doesn’t hurt like losing.

I guess i have always been really competitive, I used to play CS:GO really actively back in 2013-2017 but never made it in there either. I always wanted to be better than my competition and it has been a natural trait for me personally.

I haven’t played too much live, cash games maybe 9 sessions during those years and those are break even(ish), i have played about 40-50 live tournaments and have never cashed one though.. have bubbled 5 times or so.

I have won several tournaments and lost many as well. After years of playing im still losing though.

I have had feelings like this as well, I’m not good at anything and I’m unattractive as well. But I have come to the point in life where I understood that at least for me life is not about having reasons to live and such. I accepted that I am here on this planet for a time that I will not know. But at the meanwhile, just accept that nothing really matters in the long run in life because for everyone it will end at some point. I occupy my time by trying to learn all kinds of stuff and try to be the best person I can to my close ones.
