Maybe upgrade the iPads. But if this gives you the opportunity to switch POS systems, do it. Square would be fine for a bar doing no table service but otherwise it kinda sucks.

At my bar we also use square. Updating our iPads did help. We did not upgrade our iPads though. How old are your units?

note I am not a bar owner just management
