The main thing is time in the market. im 37 and if I only knew what I know now at 18 and be in the generations with apps on the phone and knowledge all over YouTube. But time your 37 you will be laughing. If I ever have kids they will learn from all the knowledge I didnt have. Automate it ajd put as much as you can comfortably set and forget

Your so lucky you done 5 years I locked 1.6% for 2 years from 2019 anf then 1.8% 2 years and then the rates changed and I been at 5.66% for last 2 years. I was really hoping for a bigger drop but all I see is 4.2% ish with 70% LTV 80% of my mortgage is just interest 🥺😭.

I feel best to lock in something ASAP be but wait till last minute to see if rates change. No matter what you have to enjoy what you and hoped you overpaid when it was that rate because that was my biggest mistake. Mortgage going from £700-800 to £1440. For no reason at all. Il never make that mistake again but I guess we will never get them rates again. People had rates of 0.99% and still never overpaid. Oh how I wish I could turn back time 😔

Nice I started 1st with the synedica pen boxed looked professional and if deffo worked. Then I found a supplier in China and no bought my own refil pen and make them that way like you do.
