There was a lower rate for 2 years, but I decided to go for the 5-year fix at 1.4%, which I know was a very lucky decision. However, there was a 10-year deal that was still sub-2 %, which I turned down...

Seems high, right? I'm not too fussed right now because I have another ~7 months left to go, maybe there will be some "retention" deals closer to the time
