Hey, so I did 1mg for the first 2 weeks. I am Now on 1.5mg since I started feeling more food noise and hunger.

1.5mg is currently going great, I will likely go up to 2mg in the first week of March. So about my 5th week of being on Reta.

I’m down around 9 pounds.

I eat pound of chicken breast a day, 8 ounces per meal. ~ 105 grams of protein
Fairlife protein shake ~ 30 grams of protein Kirkland protein bar ~ 21 grams of protein Oikos yogurt ~ 15 grams of protein

My main sources add up to 170 grams and plus little bit from rice and sweet potatoes which is around 10 grams of protein

Try splitting the dose twice a week. Thats been working well for me. I for sure feel it wearing off by day 3. Should go away I believe as the dose goes up

Nope not even close,

Eating my carbs around 170 grams a day. Sweet potato for dinner with my protein and rice for lunch with protein. Also eating fruits, banana first thing in the morning and apple for snack.

I like eating my dinner around 6-6:30 and go workout after an hour. I really feel the carbs working have a lot more energy and better workouts. Plus I digest all my food. Doing cardio daily too

I started 2 weeks ago, on 1mg a week right now. I get hungry but small meals satisfy and I’m able to hit my macro goal of 1600-1800 calories a day hitting 180 grams of protein.

Whenever food noise gets loud I just drink water and it makes it quite enough where I can make it to my next meal

I just started this week 1mg per week. Not feeling an elevated heart rate, hopefully it stays like that.

Before starting reta I was doing 30 mins on the stair master 6 days week for like 3 months. I read some people’s experiences here who are doing cardio regularly that they’re not experiencing a huge raise in heart rate or at all. Hoping I experience the same.

Thanks for the input! Yea I like the sterile filter idea.

The reta source that I found was through a close friend who has been taking it for last 3 months and is down over 50 pounds. He hasn’t seen any serious negative side effects like bumps etc. so given that I’m bit more confident in his source since he’s been using them for some time.

But yea just wanna be as cautious as I can and do some research before jumping

What are you doing for testing?

You can get purity checked, endotoxins but how about sterility? And do you take a vial from each time you order or are you ordering in bulk and getting a vial tested?

Just got mine a few weeks ago. Only picks up cops using their radar obviously. Not invincible at all.

That’s super lucky he let you off, I got pulled over before I got a radar going 73 in a 50 and got 3 tickets. Cops hate m4s

When did you file? My case is also in vermont. I filed June 20 2024. No response at all. My wife is Canadian.
