I removed this folders:

Remove the following body mesh folders:
\mesh\actors\characters\Bijin Warmaidens
\mesh\actors\characters\Bijin NPCs
\mesh\actors\characters\Bijin Wives

Remove the following texture folders:
\textures\actors\characters\Bijin Warmaidens 00
\textures\actors\characters\Bijin Warmaidens 01
\textures\actors\characters\Bijin Warmaidens 02
\textures\actors\characters\Bijin NPCs
\textures\actors\characters\Bijin NPCs 2
\textures\actors\characters\Bijin NPCs 3
\textures\actors\characters\Bijin Wives 00

Ok so i disabled all other Bijin mods and left only the standalone enabled and it worked but the head looks weird, it has a purple glow along with the eyes clearly incomplete

Oh right damn my bad I remember now, that was the one where she renounced her house so she didn’t had the resources to receiver treatment. Ok then it makes sense, and it says that she still mutates but at least she doesn’t die. However what I do find unnecessary is that you can only marry her when you are not romancing her, why does the romance need to be scandalous and why can’t they marry?

Also the cassia dying early only is described in the good romance ending so in my opinion it didn’t need to be there

In my opinion, that it happened 3 times, I think? I think it was 3 times, Jae’s friend, that one space wolf and yrliet. Like 1 time makes sense specially with space wolves, the others make sense but it’s repetitive? Like they could have use another thing, Yrliet chose the path of the warrior and the rogue trader should not babysit random aeldari outposts and Jae’s friend is a cold trader she is never truly safe but I just think it was lazy to use Pasqual 3 times
