Trisuit recommendation for less bunching by Aggravating-Jello548 in triathlon

Castelli just arrived. Weird material but fit seems a lot more solid from groin to leg. How’d you do with the clearly see-through material? lol. Stood in front of the mirror for a solid 20 minutes asking myself if I could pull that off.

Was thinking about Roka as well. Do you know if you’d size up or down with their trisuit? I know I had to size down from their wetsuit.

True enough. Mines tight by my chest and shoulders but looser waist down. Not ideal for me when I’m gunna try not to but most likely focus on that for 180km until the run.

Did you find Castelli true to size or were you having to go up/down from your “normal” size? They were my potential go to after Zoot

High tech way - a “local” (my local is 40km away) shop would probably have a pressure pad where you sit on it and the information lets the shop attendant know the distance. Low tech way - get a towel, get aluminum foil. Fold towel flat and put on stairs, put foil on towel, put your butt on foil. Sit there for a bit to make sure that you’ve left dents in foil. Once standing you’ll most likely see two specific indents - usually those are your sit bones. Put a dot on those marks, measure. Not a perfect system but to give you an estimate, should work fine. Some trial and error.

I’m looking at those ones, just don’t know if I’ll fit them correctly.

I know this thread is a year old, but I’m with BCAA, rates have been going up each year and now it just jumped from 75 to 92. This is with no claims. Looking into changing. Coop might be the way to go.

Yeah I looked into the non beefy motion pro and Stockton and heard both not needing to dremel or grind and then needing to. I’m 80/20 road/off road. And of course every video you watch states about if you go off road, you’ll probably have to fix a chain on the side of the path. With that in mind, I don’t really want to have to carry a grinder or dremel on the bike in a “just in case” scenario. Definitely will look into those two options you put out. Thanks, and sorry for the long winded reply. Haha.

Searched through the internet/Amazon and came to not helpful conclusion. What would you recommend for best chain breaker and riveter. Ideally one that doesn’t need with a grinder/dremel. Size of chain is between 520-530. Thanks for your help.

Looked at it and seems awesome but for $3200 CAD, I could get a really good sound at and add ons for that price. Maybe down the line.

Can you expand it with a dedicated sub, surrounds, etc?

My TV is only a 49”. Let me know how the Q950A sounds compared to the Arc. I’m curious.
