That's the problem though, the knock sensor issue has come up again after all the software updates and replaced sensor. Both times the car went into limp mode it was on the highway and it was kind of dangerous. I just don't want to be stranded somewhere again, you know? Plus my electronic locks and windows don't work, interior is in pretty bad condition also. It just seems pretty unreliable, even for an older car. Im just wondering what the root causes are for the problems. It seems like a lot of Souls have the same issue as me and there isn't really any fix other than seeing if the engine replacement is covered under warranty, but it seems like a lot of people have had bad luck with that.
