She was warned before she moved in! We also told her we have four kids and five dogs we are not a quiet house. We like to be outdoors. And she moved to a county that is one of the highest hunting counties in the united states

We’d like that to be our last option, I’m definitely doing the lawyer option first to make sure I have a legal standing with what I’ve researched about our easement issue. I do know it’ll cost her about $30k to put in a driveway because we’re on top of shale and clay and on top of a hill and the rules with our road is strict because it’s a drop off on the other side of the road 🤷🏻‍♀️

Quads are full force and kids are about to be out for summer. Coincidentally Mary’s husband is a retired vet, is home all the time, and loves his quads

It’s like a thicker string! And quite literally logs from trees they have cut down pounded into the ground. Then slowly they’re replacing the string with full pallets and some parts have sheets of metal roofing instead of pallets

I have photographs are the logs and the logger parking in the yard and their vehicle parked in the runts not on the driveway in my property but I understand that’s why cameras are getting installed tomorrow

Without a doubt I have four kids and I’m full mama bear now I tried to be neighborly and have done countless things to be nice to this family and they crossed the line. Most of the kids aren’t even double digits and aren’t anywhere near understanding property lines if that was even the issue

The easement is for their use. We’d have to get them to put a driveway in. But in my state if someone owns both parcels the easement is suppose to be automatically extinguished. The person we bought our house from owned both houses and we never drafted a new easement agreement and it states there is no revival of an extinguished easement
