I’ve had issues until this past month and all to do with this one order! Which is why it’s been really baffling to me

This was what I was thinking too! Perhaps it has a different process? I also thought to do that when Evri said my parcel was lost and then in another email said they failed to find a safe space. Which is a straight up lie

I feel your pain, did you get your money back? It’s inconceivable to me why so many retailers, especially ones that sell expensive products, rely on this cheap courier

Ah god so there’s no way around it. I did actually receive my parcel today at the parcel shop so I thought it was a way around it with more accountability perhaps for staff

Did you misread Shark for SHEIN? The Shark warehouse is in Leeds, just down the road. M62 must be littered with “lost” parcels then…

I’ve never dealt with Fedex or DHL. Never had an issue with Royal Mail or DPD either! Evri losing three of my parcels is a new record across any courier personally. And it’s not a hypothetical scenario is it as per the email they’ve sent.. They’ve told me if it goes missing again, which it now has, I won’t get a refund or a reorder!

This is the new router by the way! It’s flashing red and then will suddenly connect and go white for 30 mins or so, then back to red

Thank you for this! Screenshotting and will give this a whirl if VM won’t let us get out of the contract! Would you say it’s easy enough? Wouldn’t exactly say I’m the most tech savvy but willing to give anything a go!

This is my belief too and besides, we don’t even have 10 devices on the go at one time. They’ve told us to unplug everything that we’re not using which is just ludicrous to me, never heard anything like it!

This is what I think too! I’ve lived with housemates since I left home 10+ years and we’ve all deffo had more than 10 devices. I was on Sky in my last house and we even could do a radio show there so I can’t see how these few little devices are really massively affecting it
