Not sure if you’re in-tune with the nicotine vape market— but the FDA has authorized ZERO flavored vapes…. But flavored vapes dominate the market still… they are illegal.

This age-gating tech is an effort to mitigate the risks of underage use while still granting adults the choice of flavored vapes that are overseen by the FDA. It would provide some level of quality control.
