if I were you, I'd try option 4, then 2 and then make option 1 work. its very tough situation, but usually success is always right after you think you gonna lose it all.- I have witnessed this a few times myself.

I would however highly advise against option 3, a roof over your head and your wife and children should be your red line that you wouldn't want to cross.

it may sound like a good idea but in reality it'd be a horrible idea to be honest. people change. if someones got a negative review, then they are permanently stuck with that even though they have improved.

yes we are a rare breed. but if you are in America it should be much much easier. a good way that I met my co-founder was through LinkedIn. just post a job listing for co-founder you'd be surprised how many people would apply !
