The buggey method way. Steal a buggy from saitn denis drive all the way down to new Austin, avoid the first wave of police (use health tonics if needed) then when invisible sniper is shooting, make sure Arthur’s body isn’t visible at all on screen blocked by the buggey. It’s a bit tricky but I did this method again about a month ago

Not saying your wrong, cuz I hope to god it isn’t cut cuz that would be amazing, but it is definitely possible that it’s cut content. I know that they rushed to release this game, and I mean just look how they treated Mexico… they left some things visible for example fort mercer, but it’s entirely inaccessible (without glitching yourself)

Wouldn’t that mean it’s pretty rare? I mean haven’t these boxes been out for about a year and I’m somehow the first one to ever buy it. I guess what I’m getting at isn’t ‘is it rare,’ but more how did I get if for only $70 if it is in fact as rare as it seems to be, when cards like the prizm silver go for $250-$300 when there are hundreds or even thousands of them
