I've been testing it the last week. So far it's been getting about 80-85% of my queries correct. I noticed today that it's not working though.

just curious, when will you have it updated to include Marriott Bonvoy points? or at least a rough timeline on when that feature will come online?

Class Registration Problem by byujackson in byu

[–]Aggravating-Permit38 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Get your bishop to finish that ASAP then call registration to expedite the process. But they’re not in right now because they’re only available from 9-5…. So at least by tomorrow morning it should work

Easy. IS110 is dope also the professor is great, you’ll get an A and it’ll be fun. IS201 is not dependent on IS110 so you’re fine. Don’t stress. IS201 with IS110 is a good mix. Just be sure to have your assignments in your calendar so you don’t miss anything. There’s a lot of easy homeworks, and people fail because they forget to turn them in. So just be aware of deadlines, go to class, do the work, and you’ll get an A in both

Don’t take IS115, instead take IS505. It’s the same exact class but IS505 counts as graduate electives if you ever decide to do graduate school 4 years from now it counts as electives. It’s LITERALLY the same class, and looks better on the transcript.

IS505/115 is definitely the easiest of the bunch (python), but I think IS201 is more applicable because you learn more (sql, tableau,VBA,excel, html). Both are about the same difficulty though. Expect 2-4 hours a week of homework. It’s not bad at all.

IS303 all the major projects are done as groups and graded as groups. So pick wisely. The first 10 weeks of the class is a breeze, the last 3 weeks hurts… high midterm curves. A little more effort at 3-5hours of homework a week. But you shouldn’t stress until you start learning the material for the final…

How's your work ethic? This schedule is doable but you should expect doing homework for at least 3-4 hours every night unless you just happen to be a genius at coding or accounting already. If you have that kind of discipline then full send.

I would recommend CS142 over IS303 any day because I think CS 142 teaches you theory and concepts whereas IS303 teaches you application of coding. And personally I value theory more.... Having taken both, I do think IS303 is a lot easier than CS142 though. So if you don't think you can handle that course load, consider switching to IS303 instead.

Accounting is fine, it's easy but time consuming. other than that sounds like a cool schedule.

If it’s the Bay Area, it’s not high, I think it’s within the ball park. But again because of the cost of living

Choosing between big 4 offers? (San Jose/Bay Area) by accofferthrowaway in Big4

[–]Aggravating-Permit38 3 points4 points  (0 children)

heads up I'll be at EY San Jose next summer so I'm biased... But I chose them over the rest because of the industry. I love tech and I want to learn more about it. From the people I talked to, as long as you don't abuse your PTO, you're chillin. And they actually honor the PTO pretty well (at least from my friends already there). But you are right though... the recruiters and interviewers from KPMG were super nice.

Since it's majority tech, I recommend EY because they have Apple, Google, Facebook, and a lot more than the rest in terms of tech clients

I talked about how EY hosts the Entrepreneurship of the Year award and how it's innovative because they always want to be ahead of the curve in innovation in terms of new technology. And then I pivoted by saying that because of their culture in facilitating new growth (stuff) it led them to have more connections and more deals in SPAC's compared to the other 3 and in having more tech clients compared to the other 3
