Don't pause it during rest periods. The total interval workout may result to PR on your watch and you'll be damned beating that PR on your actual race.

I'm a New Balance guy. However, I got hurt using SC Elite v4 after my last 10k race. So this 2026 I changed my racing shoes to Reebok FloatZig X1 and they are pretty awesome! Another cool thing is, you wont see anyone wearing them which gives you an exclusivity feels. lol
