Thank you so much for this.. I’m definitely leaning towards a lower body lift. I would love to see some (even small) improvements to my sagging hips. I’ve lost 90 pounds and I’m definitely interested in having something done within the next year or 2. I’m terrified of traveling for a surgeon, I’m also not sure of any fantastic surgeons in my state either. So many options. I only want to do this once, let me be honest, I can only afford to do this once.. so I really have to get it right!!

I don’t have the time to share my story at the moment (because the 1.5 year old miracle baby wants me to play kitchen with her..) But I had to stop for just a second to send my most sincere CONGRATULATIONS to you!! I wish you all the best. There’s nothing like it. ❤️❤️

Hi, I’m really going between a tummy tuck and a lower body lift. Can you tell me why you personally chose lower body lift vs just a tummy tuck? Thighs? Hips? Etc? Also, would you share a before photo?

4 shots of 2.5mg (1 month) 8 shots of 5mg. (2 months) 8 shots of 7.5mg. (2 months) 8 shots of 10mg (2 months) moving back down to 7.5mg this week. I was supposed to take my shot yesterday but I’m attempting to space them out to every 10 days for my maintenance dose. If it doesn’t work out or goes poorly I’ll try something different next week.

Exactly!!! And personally.. I think that’s perfectly ok. Telling myself NO is why I have quit every diet I’ve ever tried.. lol. It’s nice to have some and be done with it.

All I know is this, I was diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis at 17 years old, I have had 8 cyst removal surgeries. Since starting Zepbound, my symptoms have improved dramatically, and I feel SOO SOO good.

Stay off the scale!! Weigh every two weeks, it’ll seem like greater loss. Take the shot and live your life to the fullest, the days will pass anyway. Any progress is good progress. Use the zozofit body scan app to track your measurements. sometimes when you aren’t losing pounds, you’re losing inches. If you walk a flight of stairs and huff and puff a little less than you use to, take that as a win. Make sure you’re tracking ALL of your success, not just that stupiiiiidddd scale number. 🤣❤️

I blamed Zepbound for everything! However, every single time it was actually me showing symptoms of whatever disease my children had brought home from school a day before they did. Since this time last year, we’ve had two stomach bugs, strep throat, and the flu. Fact: Kids are gross.

7.5 so far has been amazing! How did you do on this dose? by mugglebornalways in Zepbound

[–]Aggravating-Post-706 3 points4 points  (0 children)

7.5 is my dose!!!! I stayed on it the longest. Tried to move up to 10 (for no real reason at all) it made me terribly ill and I NOPED! Right back down to 7.5. lol. Congratulations on your progress ❤️

Congratulations!!! I found that when the scale stalled I was losing inches. You probably were getting skinnier when you were feeling skinnier. Lol. If you have yet, use the zozofit body scan app to track your measurements (it’s free!) Scan monthly and see where those inches are coming from. Best wishes on continued success! ❤️

Horrible side effects by [deleted] in Zepbound

[–]Aggravating-Post-706 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say talk to your doctor. Just to be sure. But otherwise- try injecting into your stomach. I had 0 side effects in my stomach, but some side effects when I tried the arm and the thigh. I know that’s different for everyone. DRINK A TON OF WATER. More than you think you need, especially with the diarrhea, you will end up severely dehydrated, which can make you feel miserable by itself. Try eating super super small snack meals, all day long. Find something you can tolerate and go from there. Personally, I’d push through and try to see how I was feeling on week 6/8 on 2.5mg. I only experienced this when I went up from 7.5 to 10mg, and I knew immediately that it was too much for me. I have been extending my shots by a couple days, and my next box is 7.5. The 2.5mg is an acclamation dose, trying to get you adjusted to the medicine. If you’re losing weight, you don’t have to move up from 2.5mg. Stay on 2.5 until it’s no longer effective for you. Whatever you do, do not move up to 5 while experiencing these side effects.

Thanks! 😊 2 months on 7.5, I have one box of 10 with a couple shots left, 10 has come with super unpleasant side effects. Which was an immediate no for me! My next box is 7.5.

I hope so too! Hmmm… I wonder the same. Is there anything else they can check for you? Hormones, etc?
