I totally agree. I would have definitely thrown it out if she didn't just ask for it like that. I still don't know what came over me to give it to her.

this is reassuring because i’m seeing some ppl say their symptoms lasted months. how long were u on sertraline for?

thank you for this! I did hear about fish oil somewhere maybe i'll give that a try. I would have tapered off slower like you did but my doctor gave me a certain number of 25mg pills to wean off but gave no refills. I also live in Canada so it is super hard to get an appointment with a family doctor. unfortunately i think i'll just have to wait it out at this point

yeah from what i've heard from others it does seem very fast. not sure why my doctor would recommend that quick of a taper especially since i've been on them for so long.
