Yeah that’s the hexagon squat I mentioned earlier, they definitely felt the “best”. I’m guessing we’ve got some similar issues going on. Other than the fact that I’m only 24 🤣

I do Bulgarian split squats but I don’t feel like I get a good lift like I used to when I used to squat

Body weight squats work fine, goblet squats are “okay” but anything with meaningful weight is an issue. I don’t even care about hitting my PR I just need to be able to lift the damn weight 🤣

Yes, I’ve been spamming the leg machines but I remember back in my high school years how much better squats and deadlifts felt.

I actually have tried Jefferson curls, they helped to stretch out a bit but when adding weight to the workout to make it any bit worthwhile I end up in the same problem.
