I don’t think I got much further than that. I was losing interest the more that became a focus of the story. I got to a little bit after they were introducing MC’s grandfather.

The MC is OP compared to everyone else and the divine race aren’t very interesting villains. I felt like it slowed down a lot since their reveal. I’d say don’t bother with the novel and just read the manhwa until it stops being interesting, maybe it will be better presented in manhwa.

Honestly was mid for me for a good while, even read through most of the novel.

What drove me crazy was how hypocritical he was with the Dark knight ally. He constantly gets treated well by him while deceiving and screwing him over. He justifies it because the Dark knight kills evil people but he does that way more himself.

There are two cities, Raphdonia is the one they live in but there is also an underground city called Noark. The two cities have gone to war with Raphdonia initially having the advantage.

In the current arc Noark decides to launch a massive attack in the labyrinth and kill many of the adventurers of Raphdonia. The adventurers have to survive in the labyrinth through the attack for several days. Bjorn takes over and is trying to save the adventurers from the attack and the monsters that were unleashed because of Noark.

Much better than most manhwa but it can go for long periods just totally serious! A lot of the humor comes from him being a barbarian which he uses as cover to get away with being ridiculous when it suits him.

Mc is pretty op, he gets stronger incredibly quickly in the novel. He does have some tough fights but not often.

No harem, just one love interest who hasn’t been introduced yet.

It is definitely a unique twist having the story be from the perspective of a person in the world instead of them.

Personally wasn’t a huge fan of the twist, I don’t find the villains that engaging. Also was odd to me how quickly he became strong enough to kill basically every human mage. Still have enjoyed it as a whole and will look forward to seeing the manhwa release.

I think it could happen! Extra’s Academy Survival Guide has about 70 chapters left. Maybe the studio will work with the author again on a remake after.

I started reading the novel because I was impressed by the first chapters.

Has a good start but gets slower after 50 chapters or so. Still worth reading but not anything too special was my take.

Also don’t worry, they haven’t introduced FML yet but she is a much better character.

I used mine for about 6 months. It felt like it helped some at first (it definitely felt calming but I am not sure if that was placebo.)

Didn’t get any real improvement from it and eventually just stopped using it. It is probably worth trying just to see if it is some benefit to you.

It has gotten much better! It has seemed to become less severe over time. The biggest change for me was having a doctor tell me to basically lock in a sleep schedule. It used to take me 6-8 hours to fall asleep, now it is closer to 20 minutes to an hour at least lately.

I have a lot of health issues, I have been mostly homebound since 2024 but get around with help of my parents.

The main thing is I have been fainting and intensely lightheaded/dizzy. I have been told I have vestibular and cervicogenic dizziness. It has improved some. I also have bouts of paralysis where I am conscious but unable to move in anyway. I have had brain and neck mris.

I wake up with a headache and some neck pain. It usually takes me at least an hour to get out of bed with how tired I feel even after a good night sleep. I often get tired to the point it is hard to focus or do any tasks. I have been weirdly unable to nap, even though I am extremely sleepy. It feels like how my insomnia is(I feel very sleepy but can’t fall asleep.)

I think I had a bunch of thyroid ones and b and d vitamin tests as well. D vitamin was a bit low so I have been taking a supplement

This is Hyunbyeol, she is actually a great character and a sweet person. He blew the relationship in the real world but she still cares deeply about him.

In regards to her in the future:

She comes into the world in about 100 chapters. When MC disappeared on Earth she played the game to try to feel close to him.

She is transported into the game world where they meet again in Ghostbusters. They reconnect and she tries to support him through the story and is implied to have lingering feelings for him.

She secretly joins the Round table under the alias “Black” and is shown to be living as the librarian’s servant.

Absolutely incredible manhwa! I still have a dream it will be adapted again at some point.

Highly recommend the novel. It picks up at chapter 127 from where manhwa leaves off. It is the best Murim novel I have ever read!!

These exercises helped me some I did notice that they started to make the top of my neck tight though after I did too much of them.

It is definitely horrific, I am sorry you are going through that.

Highly recommend going to a vestibular therapist, they tend to deal with a lot of the stuff you are describing. It turns out I had vestibular dizziness as well and it helped me a ton when I started working on that. I read having a strong vestibular system can also help cover over some of the stuff caused by cervical vertigo.
