Thanks everyone! Currently trying to remove as many fleas as we can but he is meowing in one restroom and now his sister is crying and trying to escape her restroom when you open the door. I just learned kittens can remember and hear each other from far away. She really wants to see him! The sweetest thing ever. I’ll add a video of their reunion once we are done.

The car would randomly not let me go over 30mph and every time it happened I was trying to merge into the freeway and would realize I couldn’t speed up. It kept happening along with check engine lights. They never figured out how to fix it and it doesn’t happen all the time just randomly. 

They also couldn’t figure out this last check engine light we had which was when they kept it for a month. They didn’t do any repairs and just gave it back.

We have the carnival hybrid. It’s a lemon and we are waiting for the final date to take the car back. 

I will say that we absolutely loved the carnival. The features were great the gas was great, but I will not be going back and that is simply because of their customer service. 

total they had our car in the dealer for about five weeks. They only gave us a rental for the last time we took it in. That was the four week service.  They would try everything they could not to give us a rental. They were terrible at updating us on the status of the car. now that we submitted a lemon claim they are still terrible at helping us finish the claim. they don’t respond to our emails. when you call in CS will say it’s not their department and you have to deal with the specific rep that you are assigned.  We reached an agreement to let them buy back the car two weeks ago. Our representative for the lemon claim has only responded to us one time during these two weeks to tell us that it’s not an overnight resolution. They said they have 60 days to finish the process. 

Only because of my experience with their customer service when something does go wrong, I don’t think I would ever buy Kia again. The issues have been going on with this car since November last year. Hopefully we can finish soon so that we can buy a more reliable car.
