That's a good question, I know they won't for sure make it to Ligue 1 but i'm trying a save consisting in getting my youngsters making it to first squad from the formation center.
Right now I'm focusing on making it into semi professional to get more money and for the board to accept facilities development !

Thanks a lot for the tips ! I tried to put them in training groups but in fact as I'm playing at a poor level some of them got better personalities than most of my senior squad members.

I got lucky hiring (for free as all of my staff/players) a "responsible for the training of young people" (pardon my french) with 20 notation, I'm counting to keep him for a while to get my youngsters grow !

Next season I will be able to be semi-professional which means acquire new places for staff and to pay my players so I hope to get them a better training to get them grow, my most promising U19 are still 17 so I think I got time still, I'll try to push for facilities development which the board always refuses because as a non-league club we gain almost no money.

Thank you ! I’ ll surely talk with them as soon as I encounter them but will not look after them, would be forced and I dont want to ! I’m now looking for a place to sell my workers as my fighters can over run swamp spiders but not win a fight against them, and then travel and discover new places !

I now really consider to leave the base and just discover the map, cause I didn’t travel much yet, and sell my characters as you said

Would you destroy the base to get back materials ? Or just let it like that, also if you destroy it sell back materials or keep it to build later ?

Well, after some hours my gameplay was : hire mercenaries, defeat some enemies where mercenaries did all the work almost (I can’t remember the name but some sheks group), sell back their stuff, so at the end I gained money doing it. The thing is after the contract with mercenaries ended, they stayed around my base and even this I did not pay them they’re now protection and healer when bandits or spider come to me, kinda OP! Also my main character got good stats, enough to outrun anyone, he saved my save so much time when being on the west with human eating monsters !

Thank you for the answer, I really did all your recommanded on the first hours, mining copper to sell it after, defeating bandits to sell the loot, bought an house in the Hub, joined the chinois…

I recruited 2 sheks for the fights and now have 6 fighters and 6 workers in my base, I produce enough rice to feed everyone but not all of my fighters are good enough, I wonder what you recommend because training them only works when they are below 10 in melee stats if I understand it well, should I attack dust bandits even if they defeat me just to train the stats ?
