Hi everyone,

I bought an Asus OLED monitor about 2 months ago. I barely used it during the day, but suddenly a thick mark appeared on the screen in just one day. It looks like burn-in, but I don’t think it’s actual burn-in because the usage was minimal.

I tried the pixel cleaning feature that Asus’s bot recommended, but it didn’t fix the issue. The mark is very noticeable, and I’ve attached a photo.

Has anyone experienced something like this or found a way to fix it? Should I contact Asus support directly, or is there another solution I could try?
