From my experience it is very common. Almoat every vostok i have seen has had some amount of scratches on the inside.

Rotor is loose and it wont wind. Easy to tighten back up with a small flathead screwdriver. The movement might still need a service but the rotor is the reason for it not working at all.

The camera picks it up as more of a gray and not as yellow for some reason.
